Centering Cell when data is from ajax call

Hello everyone, i'm populating the data for my table from an ajax call and i'd like to center all cells except the left most cell.

is there a way to center all non header cells from column 2 through column x?

My table is dynamic and the number of columns vary based on the request the user has made.
