How do I exclude selected rows from search?

You can search across the whole table in the search box and also filter columns 2 and 3 using the drop-downs. I'd like users to be able to select one or more rows which will exclude them from all searches and filters. In other words, if a row is selected, I'd like it to always be shown, regardless of whether it matches the search query or column filters.
