Hide footer column names

Hi all,

I am going nuts over this..

Is there a way to not show the column names in the footer? I do not need the whole row.

Sorry guys - I thought the footer section caused my problem...but it does not.

Let me start from the beginning. My problem is, that as soon as I add the "scrollX" = true I get a second row underneath the header row with the sorting arrows (the column headers are there in the source code, the row is too narrow though to display them).

In general this is not a mayor issue, because all functionality stays in place. BUT, as soon as I add the fixed columns plug in it totally messes up the rows. It seems like I am then getting an offset for all not fixed columns resulting in not being aligned to the fixed columns any longer - and that is actually a problem.

Does anyone have an idea why this is?
