DataTables internationalisation plug-ins issue

I am using data table plugins , but its showing the junk characters in German language.
I am using the following url to download the plugins,
https://cdn.datatables.net/plug-ins/9dcbecd42ad/i18n/German.json

Please suggest me how to remove the junk characters from the plugins.
