How to assign and get ID for the selected row in dataTbales? Is their any function to get ID for TR?

Using Editable Table with add, Edit,delete functionality for that I need to assign ID to the TR. For update record I need to get ID and repective on that add update condition. But I m unable to get ID ?
Is their any Function I get selected TR ID? and How to assign ID to the newly added TR?
