Solo licence in editor

Hi! I'm interested to use Editor for our company's project. Currently i'm the only one front-end developer so i think solo license will suits perfectly. Does it mean that this type of licence means one developer at all? or one developer simultaniouslyl? When someone from my team, back-end or another front-end developer, will work with this code after me, does he need a new license or he can use my?

I have searched this question but can't find so shall be grateful for the answer!
