Hi there,
Your plugin looks great. I've been searching the net for a simple plugin that will do one thing:
Create a table from the data in my posts. (I use advanced custom fields)
Can DataTables do this?
To give a little background:
I purchased wpDataTables, which has an option to use a PHP serialized array. Their example shows a seralized array, which is basically hard coded data, and when I tried to change the file to loop through posts it didn't work and they subsequently admitted there was a bug.
So I guess this is a little rant :), but also confusion, since surely the most simple table plugin is one that uses the data from my own website? Why do we have to import CSV's files when we have the data already!
So again my question is, can DataTables do this?
Could I use PHP to loop through posts and create the table like that?
