How can I have multiple extensions?

alexandervjalexandervj Posts: 22Questions: 10Answers: 0

I want to use ColReorder, ColVis, TableTools, and possibly KeyTable on the same table. Is there a way to do this or something I need to change to allow this to work? When I try only 1 will work. Thanks

Can you link to, or show, what you have tried please. It should be quite possible to use all three in the same table.

The key thing to keep in mind is that each letter in the dom option is a feature. So you would need to include a letter for each of the features you want (C for ColVis, T for TableTools, etc).

    Thank you Allan, that worked.

Also when I use the TableTools extension and try to export an excel it doesnt export with filters applied, only all of the data in the tables. Is there a way to export only the filtered data? Thanks again and thanks for this awesome plugin. Its not too often I have a strong inclination to donate for the use of something free but this plugin definitely warrants a donation

The oSelectorOpts option can be used for that. The only reason it isn't on be default was backwards compatibility for when I added that option.

The replacement for TableTools that I am working on will likely have that enabled by default.

p.s. Thanks for your kind words :-)
