I have a table with two rows of headers, but only the 2nd header is showing up when creating a csv. I have seen another similar post but it was not answered: https://datatables.net/forums/discussion/8760/multiple-rows-and-headers-are-not-in-pdf-or-csv-export
I am using TableTools 2.2.4

Unfortunately TableTools does not currently support multiple header rows in the output. Sorry.
