ColReorderWithResize is not available anymore?

i need on-fly resizing table functionality.

i have found a corresponding plug
(http://legacy.datatables.net/extras/thirdparty/ColReorderWithResize/)

but it seems to be unavailable in current version.

would it work with 1.10 or there are any alternatives now?

Currently no, sorry. It is functionality I plan to add long term, but not in the immediate future.
