Add element to the table wrapper

I am using the TableTools plugin and all is absolutely fabulous. However, I have some other buttons on the left and above the table. Now that I have the TableTools added in, they are now a long way above the table.

Is there a way to add in this element within the table wrapper?

Yes - two things combine here. First is the position of the later 'T' in sDom that you'll have added in - which effects it's position in the DOM. The second is CSS - you can use floats / positioning etc, to put it where you want.
