Adding drop down to a table cell

Hello,
First of all thanks for this great plug in. I am using this everywhere wherever I need to display data to the user. This is one of the best jQuery plug-ins which is available in the internet.
I have a requirement , where I have to add a drop down to a particular table cell. User should be able to select any of the value.
I searched in the forums, but I didn't find any useful discussion. I got how to add a drop down to a column filter but not to a table- cell.
Please provide me some light on this?
