how to keep paginated table at a uniform height for all pages?
i would like my table height to remain the same regardless of what page in the table the user navigates to.
currently, if there is a partial page on the last table page then the footer and pageup.down buttons move up.
how do i keep the table height on all pages the same as the first page?
note that i have tried setting the height of the element, but the problem there is that my table rows heights stretch taller on the last page and shrink on previous pages. i'd like to keep a uniform cell height at all times.
