How to have full page table width FixedColumns?

I'm playing with the two_columns example.
Is there a way to display the datatable in full page width ? I've a large table that must be well visible as much as the full page width, but it always show the table in a very small standard size

Well, I just recognize the default css settings and modified according to my needs.

I've also found this excellent working example that was exactly what I was looking for:
