Two clicks required for Hyperlinks to work after using Individual column searching (text inputs)

I have added basic hyperlinks within my Datatable and have added the Individual column searching (text inputs) option. I have noticed that when using the normal Search box I can then click on my links directly without any problems. However, when using the column searching option I must click back somewhere on the table before the hyperlink will work (hence two clicks to get the hyperlink to work.). I have used older versions of the datatables and this has never happened before. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?
