using bStateSave when removing rows

Hi all, I've got a bit of a problem. When removing rows from a datatable how do I properly retain the table state (removed rows and all) through "back button" clicks? I've tried using bStateSave while removing rows and it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong? Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
