DataTables 1.10.8 ColReorder Visibility integration problem

Using the example here;

After you reorder the columns the visibility toggles the wrong column.

Thanks - this looks like a limitation with the current ColReorder and column visibility plug-ins.

I've updated the compatibility chart to note this. I'll commit the fix required in the next few days and likely to a release of Buttons on Friday with the required fix.
