FixedColumns trouble with datatable without any data.

I have a small problem with FixedColumns when the datatable is empty.

The fixed column has a very strange appearance. I have reproduced the same behavior with the examples just removing all data from the index_column.html example.

Im using the latest development code from the repository as of 13.10.2010, and 1.7.3 of datatable.

Try grabbing the latest version from the repo, or the 'nightly' from here: http://datatables.net/download/ . I've just updated to fix this issue.
