Also, I tried to disable the fixed header using the API (table.fixedHeader.disable();), but I get this error:
Uncaught TypeError: table.fixedHeader.disable is not a function

Hi,
This has already been fixed in the nightly version of FixedHeader. Example.
I'll be releasing the fix in the next two weeks. Until then the nightly version can be used.
