filter positioning changes after publishing project on server

Hello I have a problem I cannot solve.

The Position of the filter element changes from "top right corner" to "top mid"
after publishing my project on a IIS server.

I tried to fix the position with this tutorial:

but it did not help.

Anyone got an Idea?
