How can I use the css graphics of bootstrap.html for the file simple/join.html? Thanks

assuming you're talking about http://editor.datatables.net/examples/simple/join.html I'm really not sure what you mean by the CSS graphics. If you mean bootstrap styling, you would just do the same thing as described in http://editor.datatables.net/examples/styling/bootstrap.html . Include the bootstrap JS, the Datatables boot strap JS, the editor boot strap JS ans the datatables + editor bootstrap CSS and then it should be all bootstrapped.
