How can DataTable "refresh" its data when javascrip change the table data?

I am a newbie to DataTables, and now I am stuck in a problem that when I use javascript to modify the table data dynamically, the Datatables seems to not knowing that I have changed the data and still retain the old table.Just as the link example shows, http://live.datatables.net/tohiloda/9/edit Can anyone help me with this?
