Why can't I select any text to copy with cmd+c in a child row with default view .childRow?
I think with .modal() it's possible, but I really like the way it is by default.
And it's not only me.

Here, for example, you can't copy the email in details row.

That is a bug in 2.0.0. It has been fixed in the nightly and will be released in the 2.0.1 release.
