filter/search for text in quotes

Hey DataTables crew,

I am having trouble finding/figuring out something that seems like it should have already been created.

For example, when I filter results, it does so on a partial matching basis. What I mean by this is that a search for solid will return results for consolidation.

Thus my question: is there a way to perform a full match search on a field without an extensive rewrite? I'm thinking that if the query could be wrapped in quotes or some kind of tag it would be a flag to perform the full match search.
