Generator and Bootstrap Date Time picker since Editor 1.5.5

When you released Editor 1.5.5, Bootstrap Date Time picker is not available via CDN when you generate the code.

It generated this https://cdn.datatables.net/s/bs-3.3.6/jq-2.2.0,-,-,dt-1.10.11,b-1.1.2,se-1.1.2/datatables.min.js

It is missing ef-bsdatetime-4.15.35 or perhaps already the new version ef-bsdatetime-4.17.37.

Hi,

The DataTables CDN no longer includes the Bootstrap date time picker as that functionality is provided by the datetime option. Having said that, you can of course still use the Bootstrap date time picker, the code just isn't on the DataTables CDN.
