set column properties according to data type
I have successfully managed to add both the auto-detection and sorting for 'percent' data; basically numeric data followed by a '%' sign. Works magically and really the Plug-in extensions makes the already brilliant DataTables even more amazing.
Now I was wondering if it is possible to set any column auto-deteced as 'percent' to be right-aligned, and any column auto-detected to 'string' as centered?
I suspect I can simply add a class to the column that will align right, etc., but I don't know how/what property of the column to check if it is automatically 'percent' or 'string'.
Is there an obvious way to do this that I cannot figure out?
