Problem with Datatables, can't able to run.

I have copied all the content html/css/js to their appropriate position but still JS is not working. I checked the errors through browser console and it is showing me this type of error, http://prntscr.com/b21v95 (Screenshot)... Please help me AS SOON as you can....
