How to make hyperlink for element

Thanks for this great plugin, I just have one question, I would like to make a hyperlink for element on my table. I usually do it this way:

can anyone tell me how to do it with DataTables?

You can do it that way with DataTables as well. Have you tried it? What happened? Here is an example showing HTML tags in the table: http://datatables.net/examples/advanced_init/html_sort.html
