Datatables- Installation codes

Hey, I have a problem coz i dont know where i should put installation code?? I cannot display it like i want. Also i dont know how to add a query to it. Im using drupal 7 and i just want to simply display data from webforms. I want to create a datatable for each webform. Also is it possible to add checkbox next to each row? How could I use it? Any ideas?
