Fixed headers fixed columns latency

Hi Allan,

We are experiencing great bottle necks with jquery curCSS.
The curCSS is called from different datatable areas 11 times before the DT is fully rendered and it runs for a total of 2 seconds.
We would like to cancel all those rendering and run oTable.columns.adjust(); after the table is fully rendered.
Is that possible?
