Hi Allan ... happy New Year!

I'm still having the issue with the multiselect fitering on the MJOIN table. (Old post: https://datatables.net/forums/discussion/39606/mjoin-and-multiselect-filtering-issue). I've sent you a private message prior to the holidays with the details and the link. By any chance, how can I solve this? Do I need to change sth with the mysql table setup maybe?

Many thanks

Hi Allan ... did you have a chance to look at the "debugSql" information the array is showing now? Please let me know if I should provide you more information.

    Many thanks

Hi Allan ... is it not possible to filter on a MJOIN table? Regards

is it not possible to filter on a MJOIN table?

Not with server-side processing enabled. The reason for that is that the Mjoin is not part of the main query, so it would be extremely expensive to implement that (in terms of processing cost / latency). The Mjoin information comes from a separate query.

With client-side processing, then yes, it should just work automatically.

Sorry I haven't replied to your PM yet. I'll get to it soon!

    Allan
