How can I have Tabletools, ColVis and Themeroller togather

First of all love your product. I would like to know how can I?

1. Have rows per page selection drop-down with tabletools export function while using smoothness theme.
2. is it possible to add colvis on smoothness theme with tabletools.
3. how many extras can be used with single table and smoothness theme.

Any help will be much appreciated.
