Where is the doc on ALL of the options, etc?

As I am trying to solve a problem I have been reading the Forum entries. One suggestion that I found suggested using the 'bProcessing' option. Then I found an example that used the 'bInfo' option. Neither of these are defined in the "Options" documentation.

Where do I find a complete list of options and methods?

They are both defined in the 'features' section of the documentation: http://datatables.net/usage/features . All of the options are defined in the 'usage' section, categorised into features, options, columns etc. At some point I would indeed like to have a massive table of all of the options - I've just not quite had the time to get around to that yet! :-)
