Interaction between Forms and Site and Back to Site

I have built a site in iWeb that has a form embedded on one of the pages. This form interacts seamlessly with the GoogleDocs database that I created. What I don't know how to program is a way for the database to send information back to the browser. There are two things that need to happen. First, I need the User ID cell on the form to query the database for permission to continue (predetermined users). Second, I need the User ID's sales page to be sent back to the browser. Preferably not as a pop-up window but as the next advancing window.

Since I am new to this area of web design/programming, I don't even know if this can be done in iWeb. Nevertheless, any advice would be greatly appreciated. And if necessary, I can change platforms. Thanks.

I'd suggest asking your question of a more general web-development forum. Perhaps StackOverflow or something like that, rather than this forum which is specifically for DataTables :-)
