table width error with browser scrollbar

I have a problem with the width of the table. Display table for 10 rows is good, but when display 25 rows in a table scroll bar appears in the browser. Everything on the page change for the width of the scroll bar, but the width of the table does not change. Problem is in all browsers.

Page has css style in percentage.

Do anyone can help in solving this problem? Any ideas, notice or suggestion.

There is no problem when I define the width in pixels, but when the width is defined in a percentage table makes a mistake when appears a scroll bar in browser. Is there a solution?
