FixedHeader fixed left/right columns not working (even on demo page)

The left column is supposed to be fixed (stays in place when scrolling horizontally) in this demo, it's not working for me, can't get it to work in my own code either.

Tried in Firefox/Chrome/IE.

Maybe something that broke in a recent release of datatables? I can't find older versions to test that theory...

There was a little slip up in the 2.0.4 release of FixedHeader :-(. If you grab the nightly version of FixedHeader that will work okay: http://datatables.net/download/build/FixedHeader.nightly.js (available from http://datatables.net/download ).
