FixedHeader.js - should set visibility of cloned only when needed!

I have very flexable pages and when toggeling visibility of items it causes reflow and there are two headers.
the cloned headers should be invisible until the scroll to the top.

I either need to add a css class when scrolled to top or have a way to call recalculate sizes on resize and toggle..
