AutoFill number input control not displayed correctly with Bootstrap 3

This can be seen in the example:
https://datatables.net/extensions/autofill/examples/styling/bootstrap.html

Try autofilling the age column. The increment/decrement arrows are displayed but the numbers are hidden.

I'm not actually bothered if bug reports are made here or in the GitHub issue tracker. The one thing I do want to avoid is support requests in GitHub and it can be a grey area between support and bugs sometimes!
