DataTable not clearing data

I have a data table on my page and based on what radio button the user selects, the data table should change accordingly. The problem I am running into is the table is not clearing the old data. For example, if the user selects the 1st radio button, the correct data loads (10 rows for example). Then, the user can select another radio button. The data (another 10 rows for example) populates correctly but the data from the 1st radio button does not clear out.

If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
