Search textbox not clickable in Firefox 4

I'm hitting an interesting problem where two out of three times the search textbox on a datatables table is not clickable (i.e. can't focus) using Firefox 4. Note you can tab through to get to the search textbox though. Is this a verified issue with Firefox 4 itself?

I've not encountered that issue myself. Is it also evident on the examples on this site? http://datatables.net for example seems to work okay for me in FireFox 4.

it seems to be an error which no one can reproduce but does sporadically pop up. was at first only noticing it on datatables because i was working with them, but after posting here starting picking it up elsewhere on textboxes and did some googling on the issue. again, seems a recognised issue but no one can identify it properly yet and because it is so sporadic, it doesn't appear to be critical.
