hover text on the Filtering Input (search textbox) label

Hello. Is there an easy way to put some kind of a hover text on the Filtering Input (search textbox) label? Just for example, "Enter data from any column to narrow search results." I understand I can just change the label itself by oLanguage. But I need to retain the current label (Search) but onmouseover, the above longer text should appear.

...Or hover on the textbox itself will also do. Whichever is easier to code ;-)
