How to place 2 Links in 2 cols with serverside script

I am using 1.8.0 with server_processing.php

I have 4 Cols to Fill 2 are queryed by the script. but i need 2 more cols to be filled, with links.
The Links have to point to the id of the database.
1 | 2 | 3 | 4
db | db | link with id| link with id.

The Link shoud be like this
