get checked value..

hello, im very new in this so im quite stuck here, can you help me,how do i put checkbox in datatable and then after i select several row with the checkbox i want to have a button that would send checked value to a page where it will insert data into the database..can anyone give me the possible solution..preferably a full solution starting from how do i put the checkbox until the button send values..
