URL query parameters

Hello,
I have a restful API that accepts query params in the format:
https://<domain>.com/<restfulapi_endpoint>?package_ids=1,2,3

Request submitted by Datatables is in this format:
https://<domain>.com/<restfulapi_endpoint>?action=remove&data%5B2%5D%5Bpackage_id%5D=2&data%5B2%5D%5Bpackage_name%5D=Quick+brown+fox+jumps+over+the+lazy+dog&data%5B2%5D%5Bclient_id%5D=3&data%5B2%5D%5Bstatus%5D=NOT_LIVE&data%5B3%5D%5Bpackage_id%5D=3&data%5B3%5D%5Bpackage_name%5D=efdsdfaer121&data%5B3%5D%5Bclient_id%5D=2&data%5B3%5D%5Bstatus%5D=DRAFT
How to make datatables submit the list of IDs as required by the API? Kindly advise,
