1.10.18 and 1.10.19 are actually code identical. Same with a few of the others. I had a packaging error for .18 which required a new release for npm installs to work. I've not updated the download page to save on disk space and bandwidth (the CDN uses a lot of both!).
We'll probably do a .20 release before too long so everything is in sync again.
