There certainly are. The next release of DataTables (hopefully in the next day or two) will include ThemeRoller support. There is also some discussion of how to do this already on the forum: http://datatables.net/forums/comments.php?DiscussionID=528

I am having trouble with the themeroller support.

With no other CSS in the file, using the south-street theme, straight off the jQueryUI themeroller, I get the misalignment show here:
