Using ThemeRoller ?

Hi
I am new to this and I am in the process of styling my data table.
I was wondering if anyone could give me a brief explanation on how to style my data table.

I was looking through the site, and ThemeRoller looks really cool.
Once I enable bJQueryUI, do i just create a theme on themerolller, download it and include it in my html file ?

Create a theme, download the files from jqueryui.com and place them in the appropriate directories in your site structure, then just reference them in the header of your html:
