Datatable is not loading when include header page

Datatable is working fine, but when i include the custome header page the datatable won't load. And how can i load the template's style to the datatable. ?

Do you get alert or errors in your browser's console?

Without seeing what you are doing its impossible to suggest solutions. Please post a link to your page or a test case replicating the problem so we can take a look.
