I see a small box with the up arrow. Thats not something that would be there by default. Without seeing your page it will be difficult to guess what would be placing it there. Looks like it might have something to do with checkboxes and adding a select all checkbox. If you still have difficulties please post a link to your page or a test case replicating the issue so we can take a look.
