I have successfully used DataTables on an HTML table rendered from results of a MySQL query using PHP. I added the Editor to my application, but have not been able to invoke the Editor. I think my directory configuration might be the problem. Where should the Editor directory sit in relation to the DataTables directory?

If you use the Data Tables download builder for the front end including Editor you won't have a problem.

In addition you will need to download the server component of Editor which you can put anywhere you like.

(I do not recommend to dowload the JS+CSS separately from the second link. Just use the first link to download the latest versions of all the front end components of Data Tables and Editor).
